Yoga is a great way for boys and girls to learn how to reduce stress, improve concentration, enhance mood, and create calmness through breathing techniques and yoga poses. It promotes physical strength, muscular endurance, and body awareness, while increasing balance and flexibility. Participants should dress to be active and have a mat, blanket, or beach towel for “savasana” the ending relaxing pose. This is an outdoor class at Beach Park, please dress for the weather. Inclement weather will relocate us indoors at the Community Center. This is a drop-off program.
