All gymnastic & tumbling classes take place at our affiliate location, Cary Gymnastics, 600 Industrial Drive, Cary.

No PM Class: November 26-29 and December 22-31
Tot Trot (18 mos – 3 yrs with parent)
Interact with your child in an Exploratorium of fun and discovery. Learn basic motor skills as well as social interaction with others. Activities include an obstacle course, air track, foam pit and other gymnastics apparatus. Parent must attend.
Gym Kats (3 & 4 yrs)
This class gives instructions on basic skills as well as teaching social interaction with others. Explore a variety of gymnastics stations while gaining confidence and trying new things. This is a drop off program.
Girls Beginner Gymnastics (5-7 yrs)
Recreational Gymnastics is designed to teach proper skill progressions and body shaping while learning skills on all four events.
