Fitness First Power Hour (18+ yrs)

This class is for women only and will combine total-body exercises. Half of it will take place in the gym, and the other half in our fitness center. The goal of this class is to improve your strength, endurance, and overall motivation for exercising. All fitness levels are welcome.
