Total Body Sculpt
This total body workout class combines the basics of Barre, Pilates, and other functional strength training to improve muscle tone, strength, posture, and balance. This is a blend of challenging, but low-impact exercises with small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. Each class is designed so participants of all fitness levels can find the challenge they desire.
Fit & Strong (older adults)
2ND SESSION ADDED! Fit & Strong is an exercise/behavior change program for older adults with lower extremity osteoarthritis. This program will help you manage your arthritis, exercise safely, decrease joint pain & stiffness and improve daily function. The Fit & Strong class will include 60-minutes of low intensity exercise. Your class will be every Monday and Thursday for 8-weeks.
