Rowfit (18+ yrs)
NEW!! RowFit combines the low-impact, endurance benefits of exercises such as swimming with the strength and resistance benefits of weight training all in one 60-minute workout! Using Concept2 RowErgs combined with various bodyweight, isometric, and weight circuits, these sessions will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you are ready to push yourself to your limits or need to ease in more slowly, the variety of steady fat-burning workouts and higher-intensity strength-focused workouts will give you much to look forward to in each 6-week session. Choose morning or evening class.
Oaktree Judo Club (5+ yrs)
NEW!! Join Tim Webb as he guides you through the fundamentals of Judo, from mastering basic throws to refining advanced techniques that will elevate your skills to new heights. With Tim’s international coaching certification and proven track record of success, you’ll receive expert instruction tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps on the mat or an experienced practitioner seeking to sharpen your abilities. Pre-registration is required for this 6 week course.
Total Body Strength
This total body workout emphasizes integrating upper and lower body exercises for a functional full body toning and sculpting experience. It’ll help challenge the body and improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance. This is a low impact class utilizing targeted movements leaving you feeling strong and empowered. No class 9/30 and 10/14.
Fit & Strong (62+ yrs)
Fit & Strong is an exercise program for older adults. The program will help you exercise safely and improve daily function. The Fit & Strong class will include low intensity cardio and balance as well as lower and upper body strengthening. Your class will be every Monday and Wednesday. No class 10/10, 10/14, 11/18, 11/4, 11/20.
Barre Fusion Class (14+ yrs)
This class combines the basics of Barre, Pilates, and other functional strength training to improve muscle tone, strength, posture, and balance. This is a blend of challenging, but low-impact exercises with small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. Each class is designed so participants of all fitness levels can find the challenge they desire.
Yoga at Phil’s Beach (14+ yrs)
Presented by Silver Lotus Yoga Find peace with yoga and meditation in the relaxing setting of Phil’s Beach. Gaze out onto Bangs Lake as you pair the calming benefits of yoga and water. The smell of the beach, feel of the sand, the warmth of the sun. . . a calm way to begin the day!
