Wauconda Park District – Club/KinderClub
The Wauconda Park District’s 2019-2020 CLUB program provides a safe childcare environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of children. The CLUB program is available throughout the school year Monday through Friday, providing before and after school care. The program is a relaxed recreational setting and children participate in a variety of activities supervised by qualified staff. Activities include crafts, games, sports, free time, small group activities and a quiet space for homework. A morning and afternoon snack and drink are provided daily. CLUB is held for children ages K-6th grade at Robert Crown and Wauconda Grade School. Children must be registered for the school they attend. Matthews Middle School will be transported to Robert Crown and Wauconda Middle School will be transported to the Wauconda Grade School.
We offer a CLUB program for AM kindergartners to be held at the Wauconda Park District Community Center, (600 N. Main Street, Wauconda) from release of school at 11:35am-6:00pm. District 118 transportation will provide transportation to the Wauconda Park District. We have qualified staff members that facilitate/supervise the program. The program will be located in one of our multipurpose rooms and will be structured similar to CLUB with a variety of activities being offered throughout the day. We will have structured craft, story, library and gym time. Please provide a lunch each afternoon. WPD will provide juice and afternoon snack each day.
- Payments are due on the first day of each month with first payment being due on September 1st.
- All payments will be deducted electronically from a credit card or debit card.
- Any child enrolling before the 15th of the month will be charged for the full month.
- Any child dropping before the 15th of the month will be charged 1/2 the month.
- Any child enrolling after the 15th of the month will be charged for 1/2 the month.
- Any child dropping after the 15th of the month will be charged for the full month.
- Once school has started changes are subject to a $5 processing fee.
- The CLUB staff are not permitted to accept any type of payment or registration information.

Current 2019/2020 Club participants and siblings that register for Monday-Friday AM or PM or both AM/PM. Registration forms will be passed out at club starting January 13.
General public may register for Monday-Friday AM or PM or both AM/PM. Registration forms will be available for pickup starting January 29.

To reserve your spot in the program, parents need to stop by the Community Center. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and will be credited towards your last month’s bill when your child attends through June 2021.
