Petition Packets Available for Wauconda Park District Commissioner Election
On April 1, 2025, there will be a Consolidated Election for the position of Wauconda Park District Commissioner. Three seats will be up for election. Two of the seats will be for a full term of four (4) years and one seat will be for a two (2) year unexpired term.
Petition Packets will be available for pickup at the Wauconda Park District Community Center, located at 600 North Main Street, Wauconda between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday from Tuesday, August 20, 2024 – Monday, November 18, 2024.
The filing period is from Tuesday, November 12, 2024 – Monday November 18, 2024, at the Wauconda Park District Community Center, located at 600 North Main Street, Wauconda between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday. Candidates must be a resident of Wauconda Park District and have resided in the District for at least one year.
