Pop-Up Barre Fusion class

This class combines the basics of Barre, Pilates, and other functional strength training to improve muscle tone, strength, posture, and balance. This is a blend of challenging, but low-impact exercises with small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions. Each class is designed so participants of all fitness levels can find the challenge they desire. See you at our Community Center.
