Phil’s Beach Update

Thank you to all the residents who attended our Community Meeting on May 9th to review the conceptual designs for Phil’s Beach.  Over 50 individuals attended the meeting.  At the meeting, the Hitchcock Design Group gave a presentation on the designs, followed by a Q & A period.
