In all Group Fitness classes, the following equipment may be used: hand weights, weighted medicine balls, foam balls, stability balls, Dyna-bands, tubing, rubber bands, jump ropes, and the CorePole.
TOTALLY TONED
Class focuses on strengthening and toning of the body through a series of exercises. Learn correct positioning for safe and effective toning of the muscle groups while improving balance and flexibility. Class is designed for all health and fitness levels.
ReconFIGURED
This body sculpting class is designed to tone and shape your fabulous body, concentrating on all areas of concern...from head to toe.
STEP Cardio
This class focuses on improving the participant's cardiovascular strength, endurance and flexibility. The workout will include low impact aerobics/step aerobics/kicks/jumping jacks, walking lunges.
CORE POLE/CARDIO GROUP FITNESS
This class will consist of five minutes of warm ups and stretching, twenty minutes of cardiovascular and five minutes of cool down and stretching.
CORE POLE CONDITIONING
Come join the new innovative way to shape and strengthen your body. It's FUN, it's FUNctional.
STEP/INTERVAL CIRCUIT
This class is a step aerobics combination in an interval format with low impact activities incorporating kicks, jumping jacks, and use of ALL equipment.
PUMP-N-JUMP
Pump section of class will begin with a toning and sculpting workout that will "pump up" your muscles head to toe, using a variety of equipment. Jump section of class will be a cardio/step workout designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, taking your workout to a higher level.
SCC: STEP CARDIO CHALLENGE
All STEP, all CARDIO!!! This class will begin with a basic step combination and progress to a more challenging step routine over a 4-week period before changing the combination. This class is a high intensity cardiovascular output to increase your cardio endurance. Abdominal workout will be exercised.
